Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with ur.bin moves, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.
Responsibility for Rental Equipment
The Customer acknowledges that they have care, custody, and control of all ur.bin moves rental equipment while it is in their possession and until it has been collected by ur.bin moves.
The Customer accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to rental equipment, including but not limited to reusable moving boxes, wardrobe boxes, dollies, moving carts, and any other rental items.
If any equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Customer agrees to pay the applicable replacement cost.
Current replacement values include:
- Regular Moving Box – $40 each
- Moving Cart/Dolly – $80 each
Equipment returned requiring excessive cleaning due to misuse may incur a $3.00 cleaning fee per box.
Delivery & Collection Appointments
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring someone is available during scheduled delivery and pickup appointments.
Appointment changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $30 rescheduling or cancellation fee.
Rental Period & Late Returns
The Customer agrees to return all rental equipment on the agreed pickup date.
Late returns will incur an additional rental charge of $25 per day, unless an extension has been approved.
If rental equipment is not returned within 30 days and no approved extension has been arranged, ur.bin moves reserves the right to consider the equipment permanently retained and charge the Customer the full replacement value of all outstanding equipment.
Definition of Rental Equipment
Rental Equipment includes any property owned by ur.bin moves, including but not limited to:
- Reusable Moving Boxes
- Wardrobe Boxes
- Dollies
- Moving Carts
- Any accessories included with the rental
Authorization to Charge Payment Method
The Customer authorizes ur.bin moves to securely retain their payment method for the duration of the rental agreement.
The Customer authorizes ur.bin moves to process charges relating to:
- Rental fees
- Rental extensions
- Damaged equipment
- Lost equipment
- Cleaning fees
- Late return fees
- Any additional charges outlined in these Terms & Conditions
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time the order is placed.
Approved rental extensions will be billed automatically based on the extended rental period.
By completing a purchase, the Customer authorizes ur.bin moves to process any additional charges related to their rental.
Rental Agreement
ur.bin moves agrees to rent the equipment listed on the Customer’s invoice.
The Customer agrees to rent the equipment under the terms outlined in this Rental Agreement.
Rental Period
The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery date and ends when ur.bin moves collects the equipment.
Rental equipment must remain within the approved service area unless written permission has been granted by ur.bin moves.
Rental Extensions
Customers requesting an extension must contact ur.bin moves by phone, email, or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date.
Extensions are subject to equipment availability and scheduling.
Additional rental charges apply to all approved extensions.
Ownership
All rental equipment remains the sole property of ur.bin moves at all times.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer.
Taxes
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes or rental taxes required by law.
Equipment Warranty
ur.bin moves guarantees that all rental equipment will be delivered in clean and usable condition.
If equipment becomes unusable during normal use, ur.bin moves will replace it at no additional cost where reasonably possible.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper handling.
Equipment Care
Customers may not permanently alter, paint, mark, drill, or modify any rental equipment.
Only removable labels or accessories approved by ur.bin moves may be used.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good condition throughout the rental period.
Cleaning, repairs, or restoration resulting from misuse will be charged to the Customer.
Assignment
The Customer may not transfer, sublease, assign, or lend rental equipment to another individual or business without written approval from ur.bin moves.
Risk of Loss
Upon delivery, the Customer should inspect all equipment.
Any damage discovered upon delivery should be reported immediately.
Once accepted, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the equipment until it has been collected by ur.bin moves.
Any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage, theft, or loss will be charged to the Customer.
Safe Use of Equipment
The Customer agrees to use all rental equipment safely and appropriately.
ur.bin moves shall not be responsible for injuries, property damage, moving-related losses, or indirect damages resulting from the Customer’s use of rental equipment.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ur.bin moves operates.
Acceptance
By placing an order with ur.bin moves, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and Rental Agreement.
