Are the boxes cleaned between rentals?
Yes. Every rental box goes through a thorough two-step cleaning process before it is delivered to the next customer. First, we remove any dirt and debris, then each box is cleaned and disinfected using eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure it arrives fresh, hygienic, and ready to use.
Is ur.bin moves a moving company?
No. We specialize in renting reusable moving boxes and moving supplies. You are welcome to hire any moving company you prefer. If you need recommendations, we'd be happy to suggest trusted local movers.
How will I know when my boxes will be delivered?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Before your scheduled delivery, our team will contact you by text or phone to confirm your delivery time window. We'll also contact you before your scheduled pickup. If you need to make any changes, simply contact us by phone, text, or email.
How many boxes do I need?
The number of boxes depends on the size of your home and the amount of belongings you're moving. Our package recommendations provide a good starting point. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll gladly help you choose the right package.
Where does ur.bin moves deliver?
We typically deliver to your front door, garage, or another accessible location at your property. If you require delivery inside your home, apartment, or to an upper floor, please contact us in advance. Additional delivery fees may apply for stairs or special access.
Do I need to be home for delivery and pickup?
Yes. An adult (18 years or older) should be present during both delivery and pickup to receive and return the rental equipment.
Can I purchase the rental boxes instead?
Yes. If you'd like to keep some or all of the boxes, simply let us know before pickup or contact us afterward. We'll provide pricing and process the purchase for you.
Can I extend my rental period?
Absolutely. If you need the boxes for a longer period, contact us before your scheduled pickup date. Rental extensions are subject to availability and additional rental charges.
How many empty boxes can be nested together?
For safe storage and transportation, empty boxes can be nested up to 25 boxes high.
What additional items can I rent?
We offer a variety of optional add-ons, including: Extra moving boxes Moving carts or dollies Additional rental time Labels and zip ties Other moving accessories (subject to availability)
Can I return unused boxes for a refund?
Unfortunately, no. Once your rental package has been delivered, unused boxes cannot be partially returned for a refund. If you're unsure how many you'll need, our team is happy to help you estimate the right quantity before placing your order.
How high can I stack filled boxes?
For safety, filled boxes should not be stacked more than four boxes high. Always place heavier boxes on the bottom and lighter boxes on top to prevent damage or injury.

Instead of buying cardboard boxes, dealing with packing tape, and disposing of waste afterward, you can rent durable plastic moving boxes that are delivered to your door and picked up when you're finished—saving time, effort, and money.
How much weight can each box hold?
For best performance and safety, we recommend that each box contain no more than 40 lbs (18 kg). Extremely heavy items, such as weights or dense metal objects, should not be packed in the boxes, as they may damage the container or create a safety hazard during lifting and transport.
